A HELLOFRESH MEXICAN FIESTA

Yes, for me being in the kitchen is very relaxing. Cooking has never been a chore and no matter how tired I am, this is something that always decompresses me. Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always loved to make meals for myself and my family… I guess my little man Natan gets that from me.
Partnering with HelloFresh couldn’t be more perfect or a better fit. It’s my ultimate meal kit delivery plan. Imagine this… you pick out what your family loves to eat. Everything gets delivered in a gorgeous bright green recyclable box. All produce is measured perfectly and therefore there really isn’t any waste.
Think about it. How many times have you gone grocery shopping only to throw out half your fridge because you’d didn’t have time to cook something, or you forgot it was there. Going to the grocery store can actually be quite a waste.

Everything was extremely easy to make and I love that HelloFresh had the most beautiful and colorful recipe cards. They told me what the calorie count was, pro tips and what alcohol pairings would be good with each dish. I love that! Also, a little side tip. Save your recipe cards as they come in handy for when you want to remake the dish. Simply pick up what you need at the grocery store and viola!
I also would like to add that you don’t have to be a master in the kitchen. The cards are so informative it’s easy to keep up and make whatever you want. The HelloFresh website is filled with incredible meal options. Mexican is not your thing? Make it Italian, Asian, Fusion, American… whatever your heart desires!

The final meal was DELISH! I strayed a hair from the menu and made my tacos lettuce wraps. Hey a girl has to try to be low carb over here. However, the kids truly loved all the goodies and we had so much fun exploring the different layering of sides and what to put into our little wraps.
